Parents in Town

The parents are in town and I have not aged well.

You know the Covid-19 drinking and eating has gotten out of control when your mom pulls you aside and quietly tells you ‘you can probably lose a little weight, bud,’ shortly after the initial greetings and salutations are concluded.

So true.

Couldn’t argue at all.

Gotta get my shit together.

On a completely unrelated note, those skirt-steak tacos were great tonight.

I’ll probably have to go back for a second helping around midnight when everyone is asleep.
